What a good partnership looks like
Our best partners share one habit: they refer people they actually know. A strong referral tells us how you know the employer or worker, what they genuinely need, and confirms they have agreed to be contacted. Quality always beats volume — one well-prepared referral is worth more than twenty names from a list.
Every referral you make is recorded to your own partner code, with date and time, under your agreement with us — so your work is always visible and always yours.
How it works
- Reach out. Email our General Manager with a few lines about who you are and the network you bring.
- A conversation. We will talk through how you work, the people you can reach, and whether we are the right fit for each other.
- Agreement & your partner code. We formalise the partnership in writing — including commercial terms — and issue your unique partner code.
- Your private referral link. You receive your own referral link. Every lead you lodge through it is recorded to your code and followed up within one business day.
